Comments from the customer

Based on a very good bathroom installation earlier in 2018, we decided to go ahead with eh ensuite.

Unfortunately there were a few quality problems and issues with the tiling and general finishing.

I cannot fault the customer service we received from Jane and her team.  Very good support to arrange to refit toilet and bathroom basin, plus tiling and finishes.

Unfortunately there was an additional tiling issue that was missed on the initial snagging, but this has since been attended to. Later after the fitter had left, I discovered that the replacement tile is now cracked, which is disappointing as the fitter must have realised but said nothing before shooting off to his next job.

The fault is only noticeable right down floor level.

Also recently we have had an issue with water dripping behind the vanity unit. We’ve since established that it is leaking through the tap aperture of the basin.
