Excellent, couldn’t be better. Low score only because of error which caused flooding & damage to interior wall & dining room floor. “It shouldn’t have spoiled your weekend” comment not appreciated. Took too long to rectify.

You are busy-this is good, but you need to consider having sufficient resources on standby if problems occur. Excellent standard of finish & attention to detail especially considering the competitive price – the low scope for quality of installation was purely down to lack of care which caused flooding.

Thank you for your kind comments, we do take everything on board. Yes were are very busy, however when the leak occurred, we came within an hour of the phone call on the Saturday morning, we then arranged for someone to be with you to rectify the issue completely on the Monday, and then came the following week to ensure all was well and had dried.
